Our brands include Creed, Xerjoff, Juliette Has A Gun, Amouage, Trudon, and many more. About the roleThis role sits within a collaborative and passionate team responsible for building and accelerating the growth of a niche fragrance portfolio in the ANZ market. As Brand Manager, you will report to the Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of brand strategies across a regrouped portfolio of brands distributed in Sephora, Adore Beauty, and other key beauty retailers and department stores. The position requires strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and the confidence to manage important retailer partnerships. You will drive brand plans, launches, trade negotiations, and retail activations that support long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand and Commercial StrategyLead the full brand management process for the Sephora-distributed portfolio, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while tailoring plans to the ANZ market.Develop annual brand strategies, launch plans, and promotional calendars based on category trends and business objectives.Review sales, market data, and customer performance to shape brand direction and identify growth opportunities.Present new launches and brand strategies to key retailers during bi-annual strategy meetings.Key Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for Sephora ANZ and Adore Beauty, ensuring strong commercial management and daily operational alignment.Lead negotiations relating to trade terms, promotional investments, launch timings, exclusivities, and visibility opportunities.Oversee the full management of the Sephora portal, ensuring all launches, activations, assets, pricing, and promotional details are accurately entered, updated, and monitored.Own the full PIPE forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and close alignment with both retailer demand and internal planning cycles.Maintain strong oversight of stock management, proactively identifying risks, driving solutions, and pushing internally and externally to avoid OOS situations-especially around launches, peak periods, and promotions.Secure bi-annual initiatives and ensure accurate and timely implementation.Work with the planner to build forecasts for new launches and baseline products, and manage inventory planning and discontinuations.New Launches and Trade MarketingDevelop and execute planograms, visual merchandising guidelines, visibility initiatives, and campaign implementations across retail and digital environments.Ensure consistent and high-impact visual merchandising in all points of sale, including planograms for new store openings.Conduct in-store audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct regular market visits and research to monitor trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.Execution and Follow-UpOversee the execution of all launches, campaigns, and activations across retail, marketing, digital, and operational channels.Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns and promotions, using insights to drive continuous improvement.Provide weekly insights on inventory health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and stock risk analysis, with recommended actions to safeguard sales and upcoming activations.Work closely with the digital agency to brief, coordinate, and optimise paid advertising campaigns directing to Juliette has a gun on the Sephora website. This includes launch pushes, sales events, and KCPs.Monitor campaign execution and ensure assets, tracking links, and timelines are delivered accurately and on time.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, education, supply chain, finance, and management, to ensure cohesive brand execution and communication.Reporting and AnalysisPrepare monthly and quarterly performance reports in line with brand requirements.Provide insights on brand performance, competitor activity, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.Develop post-campaign reports and business reviews to guide future strategies.Budget ManagementManage the A&P budget, track expenses, and ensure strong ROI across initiatives.Work with the Marketing Manager on sales and marketing budgets, setting targets and action plans to achieve business objectives.Monitor monthly brand performance and identify opportunities for growth.Public RelationsWork with the PR team to define and execute ongoing PR strategies and new launch communications.Organise PR send-outs for the brand portfolio as needed.Collaborate with the PR agency to plan and execute PR events. Skills and Experience3+ years of experience in brand management in Luxury Beauty; account management experience within beauty, luxury, or FMCG is a plus.Strong commercial acumen and experience working with major retailers, with Sephora expertise strongly valued.Confident negotiation skills with the ability to secure agreements that strengthen brand presence and deliver profitable outcomes.Proven track record in managing product launches, retail marketing activities, and cross-functional projects.Strong analytical ability with experience working with sales and market data.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. BenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid working model (work from home one day per week)Flexible office working hours during summer, with the option to work 8am to 4pmGenerous discounts on niche luxury productsDog-friendly officeRequirementsFull work rights in AustraliaAbility to travel both internationally and nationally
