Social Media Marketing Specialist

We work with some of Australia’s leading fashion and lifestyle brands, and we are a fun, fast-paced, ideas-driven team that lives and breathes the cultural pulse of social.The RoleWe are looking for a full-time Junior Creative who is obsessed with social media and passionate about creating content that stops the scroll. You will support our creative team across concepting, designing, filming and editing content, both static and Reels or TikTok. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, collaborative and excited about lifestyle brands and modern creative storytelling. Reporting to our creative lead and creative director, you will become the master of your brands while collaborating across other brands, supporting the creative team.What You Will Do• Plan, design and develop high-quality social content across static, video and short-form formats• Assist in concepting and ideation for campaign and always-on content• Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and other editing tools• Support on shoots including planning, filming, styling and on-the-day creative needs• Track and react to social trends, platform updates and creative formats• Collaborate closely with creatives and account managers to deliver on-brand content• Bring a fresh, social-native creative perspective to fashion and lifestyle brandsWhat We Are Looking For• Someone who truly lives and breathes social media, trends and culture with skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or Premiere)• Strong short-form video editing experience (CapCut)• A creative thinker with a refined visual eye• Demonstrated experience in social media (bonus if agency or brand-side)• A collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn• Organised, detail-oriented and excited about shaping standout social contentWhy You Will Love Working With Us• A fun, supportive team environment where egos are left at the door and creativity is celebrated• Work with some of Australia’s leading fashion and lifestyle brands• Hybrid working structure (3 days in our Melbourne CBD office, 2 days from home)• Growth opportunities and ongoing creative development• A vibrant office culture full of energy, ideas and collaborationHow to ApplyProvide your CV including your experience and a folio of examples that showcase your best social work across any platform and any campaign.
