Medical Reviewer / Medical Writer (Contract – Remote, USA)This is a hybrid role — the selected candidate will serve as a Medical Reviewer for two weeks each month and a Medical Writer / Content Developer for the remaining two weeks.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials (HCP and consumer), including interactive sales aids, congress materials, and medical/scientific contentEnsure all materials meet regulatory, medical, and corporate compliance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial) to align on medical strategy and content accuracySupport US and Global Medical Affairs projects — including advisory boards, publication planning, and creation of slide decks, FAQs, and standard response lettersProvide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams and ensure consistent, evidence-based messagingContribute to the Veeva PromoMats / MedComms content review and approval processRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Medical Review (pharma or biotech)- Experience with U.S. promotional and medical material review processesProven experience as a Medical Reviewer on MLR committeesStrong background in Medical Writing / Content DevelopmentVeeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms proficiencyExcellent communication, critical thinking, and scientific interpretation skillsTherapeutic area: Rheumatology / Immunology (preferred)
