Mendix Product Owner/Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Requirements Experienced Mendix Onsite Lead to manage project delivery, lead solution design, and coordinate effectively between business stakeholders and offshore development teams. Possess strong Mendix expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of enterprise application development and integration. Lead and manage projects and enhancement initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Act as the onsite lead, coordinating closely with business users, product owners, and offshore teams. Drive solution design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and project objectives. Take ownership of team performance, quality assurance, and adherence to development best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Mendix solutions. Oversee testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities to ensure seamless application performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance business value through technology-driven solutions. Proficiency in Mendix application development, including design, configuration, and customization. Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade Mendix applications. Strong understanding of database design and data modeling concepts. Hands-on experience with integrating legacy systems with modern or custom-built solutions. Ability to work closely with business teams to capture and translate requirements into functional solutions. Experience in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Mendix applications. Proven ability to monitor and enhance application performance. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
