Meta Ads SpecialistLocation: RemoteAbout the RoleAt Mazdi, we’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with analytical, organized, and strategic skills to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role is key to ensuring our clients’ campaigns achieve measurable, efficient, and sustainable results.ResponsibilitiesPlan, set up, and optimize campaigns primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).Conduct audience segmentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimizations to maximize ROI.Build reports and dashboards in English and Spanish.Collaborate with the creative and account teams to align media strategy with client objectives.Implement A/B tests and retargeting strategies.Stay up to date on the latest trends in Meta Ads, Paid Media, and performance marketing.RequirementsAdvanced English (mandatory)—written and spoken (testing will be conducted).Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).Strong knowledge of audience building, pixel events, and performance metrics.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution tools.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Results-oriented analytical profile with strong attention to detail.Nice to HaveMeta Ads certifications.Experience in digital marketing agencies.Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with automation tools and CRM platforms.We OfferOpportunity to work at a growing agency with international clients.Multicultural, collaborative team.Ongoing training in new tools and methodologies.Professional growth in Paid Media and Performance Marketing.👉 If you’d like to join our team, please send your CV to juanita@mazdi.us
