Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and executing data-driven retention and engagement strategies within the iGaming / casino sector.You will work closely with the Retention, Production and Marketing teams to manage player communications, optimize campaigns, and improve customer loyalty and lifetime value.This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience who wants to grow into a more strategic role while maintaining a strong operational focus.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of CRM and retention strategies aligned with business goals.Plan, create, and launch multichannel retention campaigns (email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications).Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement through A/B testing and data analysis.Manage and update player databases, ensuring proper segmentation, data accuracy, and compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, VIP, product, customer support) to design and deliver personalized player experiences.Analyze customer data and player behavior to identify trends, engagement drivers, and churn risks.Assist in the development and maintenance of communication plans to retain and reactivate players.Track and report on key CRM metrics (retention rate, reactivation rate, LTV, etc.) and share insights with the team.Work with CRM tools (such as Customer.io and SoftSwiss) to set up, test, and optimize automated workflows and lifecycle journeys.Contribute ideas for new promotions, loyalty mechanics, and engagement tactics based on player insights and market trends.Requirements2–3 years of experience in CRM or retention marketing, preferably within the iGaming / casino industry.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation principles.Hands-on experience with Customer.io and the Softswiss platform.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
