📍London (Hybrid) | Full-TimeAEQUIL is a pioneering wellness brand bridging biotechnology and biophysics to help people live in greater balance - across body, mind, and energy. We’re building a world where wellbeing is understood through both science and feeling - and we’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our Marketing & Brand Team.You’ll report to our founder and management team, and play a key role in shaping how AEQUIL AEQUIL Practice, AEQUIL Living and AEQUIL Science show up across all social platforms - from ideation and content production to publishing, analytics, and community engagement.THE ROLE: Manage AEQUIL, AEQUIL Practice, AEQUIL Living, and AEQUIL Science’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms) end-to-end.Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original content - including short-form video, photography, and social-first campaigns. A lot of the content will be based around AEQUIL’s founder so you would need to be based in London in order to capture footage of him and his patients whenever needed.Develop and maintain a dynamic social and content calendar that connects scientific storytelling with disruptive, lifestyle-led creativity. As well as implementing the overall marketing strategy per channel with specific brand objections, developed alongside the Head of Marketing.Respond to and build genuine relationships with our online community - turning curiosity into connection.Collaborate with our in-house creative and scientific teams to translate complex ideas into emotionally resonant, visually engaging content. Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and event coverage, as well as be part of briefing and collaborating with external videographers and photographers.Monitor analytics alongside Head of Marketing to optimise performance and identify trends or opportunities.Keep a close eye on emerging formats and best practices across wellness, tech, and lifestyle sectors.Establish individual identity, aligning with the brand comms book, and purpose for each platform while also maintaining coherence and brand identity as a whole - ensuring visuals are also kept in line with the brand book. Who We’re Looking For3 years’ experience in a fast-paced social media or content creation role (agency or brand side)Confident in front of and behind the camera, with a keen eye for storytelling, tone, and design.Skilled with CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools (basic Adobe skills are required).Strong writing and editing abilities - especially for social captions and storytelling.Analytical, organised, and comfortable interpreting insights to drive creativity.A natural community-builder who’s curious, proactive, and thrives under pressure. Must be an autonomous thinker who is able to do things without being asked.Passionate about wellbeing, science, AI and culture - and excited to shape a brand that sits at the intersection of all three.
