Transformation Program Manager

We are working with a global organisation undergoing a major transformation following a significant acquisition. Supported by McKinsey across Strategy & Integration, the business is now entering a critical phase of delivery.We are seeking a Strategic Programme Manager to support the VP of Transformation in building and executing a consolidated roadmap aligned to a 10-year strategic vision.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Chief Transformation office to design and maintain a unified transformation roadmap across business unitsProvide programme-level oversight and PM support to cross-functional workstreamsDrive alignment between strategic objectives and operational deliveryFacilitate governance forums, reporting cycles, and executive updatesIdentify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities across the transformation portfolioSupport change management and stakeholder engagement across global teamsRequirementsProven experience in strategic programme management within large corporatesBackground in transformation delivery, ideally post-merger or integration contextsEx-MBB or Big 4 consulting experience preferredStrong stakeholder management and communication skills at C-suite levelComfortable operating in complex, matrixed environmentsHands-on, delivery-focused mindset with strategic acumen
