Multimedia Lead

Job Title : Multimedia LeadScope: Responsible for leading the creative team in designing and producing creative materialsfor multiple platforms and channels that include social media, content, outdoor shooting, andprinted materials. Tasked with the enhancement and refinement of the bank's brandingmaterials, meticulously adhering to established brand guidelines to ensure consistency andresonance with the customer segments.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design and produce high-quality video and interactive elements asset for social mediato drives awareness, engagement and conversion• Manage end-to-end multimedia production process, from ideation and storyboarding tofinal asset delivery• Create visually appealing and engaging digital content, such as social media posters,infographics and interactive elements• Uphold the bank's visual identity and branding integrity across all platforms andchannels, ensuring seamless consistency• Able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while consistently deliveringhigh-quality within specified timelinesREQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia Design or related field.• At least 5 years of working experience in multimedia design and production in acorporate or agency environment, ideally in management role.• Strong portfolio of graphic design work demonstrating creativity, originality, andattention to details• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro andAfter Effects) and other design software.• Strong Technical skills in video editing, motion graphics• Able to do drone shooting and camera shooting• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.• Adept at designing amidst uncertainty, with a knack for generating innovative ideas tocomplement the tasks at hand.• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer• Willingness to work beyond office hours to meet project deadlines or to attend to ad-hoc requests from top management.• Willingness to travel to different provinces as required to provide support to the bank'sbranches and events.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.How to Apply:Email: career@vattanacbank.comPhone Number: 012 972 682
