Multimedia Specialist

Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Post-production Video Editor / Multimedia Specialist who can envision and create high-quality assets for Jacob & Co. We need someone who's not limited to one skill but someone who can be a jack of all trades in terms of video editing.Responsibilities:Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a weekShift: 9am to 6pm EST. Flexible work shifts can be negotiated based on circumstances.Work on a wide range of quick post-production video edits including rotoscoping, color correction, and visual effects.Strive to meet project outcomes and deadlinesAssignments include but are not limited to: video editing, color correction, transcribing audio, image recoloring, video conversion and compression, graphics for titles or transitions, and interviews.Occasionally propose creative ideas and suggestions to projects especially if for efficiency purposes.Requirements:VERY IMPORTANT: Friendly and nice - you need to get along. If people don't like working with you, you can't do this job.Prior experience in creating ads for luxury watches and jewelry, and other similar products, is highly preferred.Focused - You need to give this job your full attention. You won't be able to stay focused if you work other gigs.Trendy- must be able to achieve creative results and effects that is trending at any momentTechnical - able to learn new tools without much effortResourceful - can find solutions yourself and use what is available to create answersProficient in the following applications:Video Editing application of your choice such as Premiere Pro, Davinci ResolveKnowledge in motion graphics a plus: After Effects for titles and other graphics.IMPORTANT: Please send your CV and Portfolio to richard@jacobandco.comApplications without portfolio will not be processed
