We also offer end user support, asset disposal & destruction, retail support services.About the RoleWe are looking for Cisco-certified network engineers/technicians across Bermuda to support on-site Cisco tasks for our clients. This role is perfect for professionals seeking flexible, hands-on fieldwork within a highly developed networking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades for Cisco hardwareInstall and configure Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access pointsTroubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 issues efficientlyPerform rack installations, patch panel terminations, and structured cabling workCollaborate with remote NOC/network engineers for configuration guidanceComplete detailed site reports and documentation after each assignmentRequirementsActive Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)Prior field or dispatch experience working with Cisco devicesStrong understanding of networking fundamentals and structured cablingMust have a laptop with internet connectivity and a basic tool kitWilling to travel within Bermuda for on-demand site visits
