Compliance Analyst – Wenia | Bermuda (Bilingual)

You will work in a dynamic, high-growth environment, helping ensure that our operations comply with Bermuda’s regulations and international cryptoasset standards.Responsibilities:Support the administration and updating of compliance policies and procedures.Execute KYC/KYB processes, transaction monitoring, and alert analysis.Assist with money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessments.Prepare regulatory reports and documentation, including SARs.Stay up to date on regulatory changes and BMA guidance.Contribute to ethics programs, CARF, data protection, and customer care.Apply your knowledge of the business and the cryptoasset market to design and manage effective and practical compliance controls.What we’re looking for:Experience in compliance, AML/TF, risk, or regulation (crypto is a plus).Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent communication skills.Analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.Organization and ability to work in an agile, fast-growing environment.Based in Bermuda.Join Wenia and help build a secure, transparent, and trustworthy cryptoasset ecosystem!
