The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.Job DescriptionProject Initiation and Planning: Perform the "Project Management" tasks within the scope of the Operations Discipline.Product Development and Delivery: Responsible for completion of activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements as directed from the Project ManagerSteer Execution of project: Time & quality & cost controlProject controls and reporting:4.1 Regularly align and report the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set;4.2 Escalate issues to Project Manager, BA Management and /or Operations management as required to affected Product or process Quality, Suppliers and Customer issues, if necessary (aligned with Project Manager)Improvement / Maintenance:5.1 Provide Lessons Learned and share Experience Data5.2 Provide and promote continuous improvements for products and processes and projects in his/her area of responsibilityRepresentation of operations/ plant in project, customer and supplier meetings.QualificationsJob Requirements:Bachelor or above in engineering or related major3 years or above experience in new product launch in production line or Process in Auto electronics industryCan speak in English will be a plusStrong communication and coronation abilityAdditional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
