The ideal candidate will be between 30 and 40 years old, well-presented, passionate, and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral office administration dutiesHandling inbound callsMaking outbound calls when requiredFollowing up on outstanding client paymentsLiaising with clients in a professional and friendly mannerSupporting the team with organisational and administrative tasksMinimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)A diploma in a relevant field (business administration, office management, or similar)High proficiency in English (spoken and written)Excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailHigh emotional intelligenceTrustworthy with sober habitsAbility to think on your feet and think outside the boxPrevious administration experience is beneficial but not essentialIdeal CandidateAge 30–40 (preference)Professional, polite, and client-orientedQuick learner with a positive attitudeAble to work independently and within a teamOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
