Key ResponsibilitiesData of Digital Sale performance of the Branch performanceCompile daily data of all failed transactions on Digital Channels and further work with related department/branch on customer’s adjustmentPrepare reports of customers transaction behaviors and volume on Digital BankingOversee Mobile top-up credit line to ensure its adequacy to support daily transactions and take immediate action to prevent credit exhaustionConduct research and prepare report of digital banking trend in the market to propose for new business and competitiveness improvement on digital product and servicesCommunicate with branch sale to discover key opportunities and challenges for sale of digital products and services and prepare report for managementA primary focal point to receive and implement request from all departments for request of digital contents for Digital Marketing on Digital ChannelAll kinds of prudential and regulatory reports of the departmentOversee department’s budget used and prepare report for managerUpdate work process manual for internal management of Digital Products and ServicesAll kinds of proposal and expense execution request for project upgrades, partnership, sponsorship, license, membership and digital improvementOthers tasks assigned by manager and management in chargeRequirementBachelor’s Degree in Management/Law/Banking/Finance or any other relevant areaStrong understanding related banking laws/regulations in areas of Payment and Technology and New NBC Initiative Projects is a plusAt least 1-2 year working experiences related areas such as Business and Data Analyst or Product Development or Partnership & AllianceGood Communication and Negotiation SkillsStrong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independenceComputer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
