Environmental stewardship and stakeholder collaboration are priorities in our mission to benefit employees, customers, and shareholders.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Officer, Fixed Asset located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The role involves managing and monitoring fixed asset records, ensuring accurate data entries, and performing regular asset reconciliations. The officer will also be responsible for supporting asset valuation, conducting audits, and preparing reports. Compliance with accounting standards and internal controls will be integral to the role, as well as coordination with other departments for proper asset tracking and documentation.QualificationsStrong knowledge of fixed asset management, criteria of fixed asset, accounting standards and principles, and financial reconciliation processes.Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and preparing accurate reports.Skilled in asset valuation, auditing processes, and compliance with internal controls.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.Proficiency with relevant software, such as asset management systems and MS Excel.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in asset management within an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
