We are dedicated to ensuring student success through quality course delivery and engaging resources.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering online nursing programs for Western Sydney University (WSU). You will work closely with faculty members, instructional designers, and educational technology professionals to create high-quality educational content that supports nursing students in their academic journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on nursing education and cultivate a strong online learning community.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging online nursing courses and curriculum in collaboration with nursing facultyFacilitate online classes and support student engagement and successEvaluate and assess student performance and provide constructive feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online learning experienceStay updated on advancements in nursing education and online instructionAssist in the identification and implementation of best practices for online teaching and learningManage course logistics and ensure timely updates to course materialsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Nursing or related discipline; Master's degree preferredRegistered Nurse with current licensure in the relevant jurisdictionExperience in nursing education, particularly in online or blended learning environmentsKeen understanding of nursing practice, theory, and educational methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor, guide, and support students effectivelyExperience with learning management systems and educational technologyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCommitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learningAbility to adapt to changing environments and priorities
