In this role, you'll help our clients throughout their journey with us. You will be engaging with our customers over the phone, by email and through web chat to welcome them and answer questions while guiding them through our different solutions.A key aspect of your role is to ensure we’re providing a fantastic level of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and care.
