Job Description

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Deliver category sales, market share and growth objectives by strongly activating the core consumer needs of each category through omni-channel digital conversion strategies.• Lead Online-to-Offline (O2O) strategic planning with customers, ensuring alignment between category consumer needs and online growth targets, in collaboration with Customer Strategic Partners and Key Account Planners.• Develop integrated quarterly growth plans (3-month forward planning cycle) for assigned categories across assortment strategy, product launch planning, O2O programs, online-exclusive promotions, thematic campaigns, media investment and data-driven activation, in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.• Ensure execution of the company’s standardized omni-channel content framework (7 Omni Assets) on customer platforms, consistent with the company’s content asset library and customer content guidelines, including hero image optimization and innovation launch content.• Lead end-to-end Online-to-Offline launch deployment together with Key Account Planners, Digital Marketing Center and Brand Marketing teams to drive demand generation, on-site visibility and personalized consumer activation leveraging first-party and behavioral data.• Set up and optimize on-site visibility assets, including search optimization, conversion content development, traffic acceleration and promotional mechanics to increase organic search ranking and conversion efficiency.• Design and execute on-site campaign and brand visibility plans across customer omni platforms, ensuring strong presence in both company-led and retailer-led campaigns, category landing pages, conversion touchpoints, and in-store digital shelf/brand zone deployment.• Plan and manage media and CRM activation for assigned customers, ensuring targeting aligns with category consumer needs and shopper segment profiles; coordinate media budget planning, campaign execution and performance evaluation.• Manage O2O stock and order operations for assigned categories by tracking purchase orders, product codes, fulfillment timelines and delivery performance; work closely with supply chain and customer operations teams to address service level issues and implement corrective action plans.• Monitor data performance metrics for assigned customers and categories, including service level (fulfillment rate), promotion efficiency, stock availability, traffic, impressions, clicks and conversion, ensuring early detection and resolution of performance gaps.
