We invite strong and ambitious individuals to seize the role of Omnichannel Sales Team Lead.Key functions:1. Develop and execute the retail and e-com chain's strategic plan and business processes of both channels 2. Planing, building, managing, monitoring monthly / quarterly / yearly omnichannel budget and business plans in cooperation with entity supervisors and top-management 3. Development, implementation, and further control over the implementation of operational standards, customer service standards, customer journey, etc. 4. Oversee day-to-day omnichannel operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance. 5. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimising losses. 6. Sales management, ensuring the implementation of sales plans, marginality, and achievement of established KPIs, sales pipeline 7. Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. 8. Management of financial tools (offers on the market for installments, leasing, loans, pricing structure for financial services, financial instruments, formation of an offer based on pricing) 9. Collection, processing, and analysis of information about the activity of competitors, tracking the share and capacity of the market, assortment, and pricing policy of the company and competitors 10. Drive sales through effective marketing campaigns (digital with online and offline). 11. Foster a positive and high-performance work environment. 12. Maintain security and safety standards across all retail locations and compliance of the website with local regulations. 13.
