This is a standalone, 100% outbound sales role entirely focused on driving revenue and expanding our footprint in outlying areas across the country.You will be responsible for "hybrid sales," targeting both On-Trade (restaurants, bars, hospitality) and Off-Trade (retailers, liquor stores) customers. We operate with a high-accountability spirit; we give you the tools and the territory, and we reward performance exceptionally well. If you are a natural relationship builder who thrives on closing deals and wants to write your own paycheck through an aggressive commission structure, this is the role for you.Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound Hunting: Conduct high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to suitable on-trade and off-trade outlets in designated outlying regions.Distribution Gains: Actively secure new listings and expand our product distribution footprint in untapped markets.Revenue Generation: Drive direct sales and hit (or exceed) monthly volume and value targets.Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term, profitable relationships with outlet owners and managers over the phone.Pipeline Management: Track all calls, leads, and conversions accurately, taking absolute ownership of your sales pipeline and daily reporting.Candidate ProfileEnergetic & Resilient: You have a positive, tenacious attitude and do not shy away from the phone. Rejection motivates you to make the next call.Self-Driven & Ambitious: You are motivated by financial targets and want to maximize your earnings through our large commission and bonus structure.Bilingual: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential for building rapport in outlying areas).High Accountability: You take ownership of your results, manage your time effectively, and operate with integrity.Experience: Previous telesales, customer service, or FMCG/beverage sales experience is highly advantageous but not strictly required if you have the right drive.What We OfferUncapped Earning Potential: A solid base retainer supplemented by a highly rewarding commission and bonus structure designed for top performers.Flexibility: Initially office-based in Stellenbosch to ensure thorough training and integration.
