You will also act as a representative of IT organization and face the customer on behalf of other IT functions. You will provide Desk Side Support to IT users, for all IT matters requiring physical intervention.How You’ll Make An ImpactResolve IT issues requiring physical intervention and provide desk-side support for end users, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas and active participation in Global/Local projects whenever needed.Prepare and deliver computers in a ready-to-use state, ensuring proper setup for IT users.Offer ad-hoc training on common IT matters and assist users with self-service tools when needed.Manage physical stock of devices and accessories, update CMDB, and perform regular hardware inventory checks.Coordinate device shipments using local logistics providers and manage warranty cases with OEM vendors.Follow OSS governance, procedures (Runbook, SOPs, knowledge articles), and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.Work onsite full-time at the assigned factory, monitor computer rooms (temperature, cabling, functionality), host third-party technicians, and identify/report risks affecting OSS service quality.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, MIS, Electric & Electronics Engineering or related departments.3- 5 years of professional experience in IT supportExperience in ServiceNowHave a proactive and solution-oriented mind-set and could work independently and self-driven.Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Turkish is must.More About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
