Ajmairy Group – Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Executive – Online Wholesale DepartmentLocation: Head Office / Online Sales DivisionReports To: Head of Sales & MarketingJob Overview:Ajmairy Group is seeking energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives for the Online Wholesale Department. The team will handle wholesale sales through online platforms, web, and direct calls to retailers and shop-in-shop buyers. Management will provide verified buyer data. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships, generating sales, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments.---Key Responsibilities:Generate wholesale sales through online communication, calls, and digital tools.Contact retailers, shop-in-shop buyers, and wholesale clients using provided data.Maintain daily sales follow-ups and track progress through CRM/ERP systems.Coordinate with backend teams for stock updates, product availability, and dispatches.Use sales techniques to maximize order value and achieve monthly targets.Maintain customer records, update order status, and resolve client inquiries promptly.Share feedback from buyers to management for product and service improvement.Support marketing campaigns and promotions for new collection launches.---Requirements:Education: Graduation (preferred in Business, Marketing, or relevant field).Experience: 2–3 years in wholesale, online sales, or fashion retail.Skills:Strong selling and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and customer handling skillsComputer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)Strong coordination and follow-up abilitiesTimings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMCompensation: Competitive salary + sales incentivesTraining: Full sales and product training will be provided.---Performance Expectations:Achieve monthly sales targetsMaintain professional communication with all clientsEnsure daily reporting and sales trackingExhibit teamwork, consistency, and proactive attitude
