As an Operations Associate you would have the ability to handle the processing of tasks generated by PRN’s OperationsJob SummaryProcessing, proofing and distributing copy to domestic and international circuits via wire, PR Newswire for Journalists web service, Internet, fax and email, ensuring a timely and accurate transmission.Quality checking all orders and distributions to guarantee a high standard of service delivery.Account managing the successful completion of ordersProviding clients with an excellent service that exceeds their expectations and is in line with corporate strategy.Adhering to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures at all times.Providing a high standard of ROI reporting to add value to PRN’s products.Key Result Areas Distribution:Output clients’ copy in timely fashionEnsure accurate distribution to correct circuit at specified timeMonitor and chase return of requested translations for onward distributionEnsure that all information uploaded to PR Newswire for Journalists is uploaded with relevant industry, subject and geography codingUpload graphics and linked documents onto PR Newswire for Journalists, and the PR Newswire websites Editorial:Ensure accuracy, attribution and acceptability of clients’ copyEnsure regulatory headline and content accuracy of clients’ copyAssist with formatting or document conversion queries Client RelationsPromote a client-focused culture at all timesInstigate initiatives and processes to build, develop and maintain excellent business relationshipsUnderstand clients’ needs and objectivesAttend meetings and social evenings with clients where necessaryAct as initial contact and take responsibility for all client queries and complaints.
