We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator for the corporate headquarters of a casual dining brand based in West End Edmonton. This is a fully onsite, office-based role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and cannot be performed remotely.Our client is a rapidly growing casual dining brand with multiple franchise locations across Western Canada. Known for promoting from within and developing future leaders, the company is expanding and seeking an Operations Coordinator who will support franchisees in day-to-day operations, brand standards, and local store marketing. If you enjoy solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, and are motivated by seeing your impact across multiple locations, this is an opportunity to grow your career in franchise operations.Operations Coordinator responsibilities:Coordinate operational activities from the head office and provide guidance to franchise managers on company standards (including product quality and procedures such as “how to cook chicken”)Share new programs, policies, and initiatives from head office with franchise locations and support successful implementationConduct operational audits and monitor store compliance, identifying opportunities and recommending improvementsRun reports and track performance KPIs to support decision-making and franchise developmentAssist with scheduling best practices and store operational planningSupport local store marketing initiatives (approx. 20% of the role), including preparing PowerPoint presentations and campaign materialsCollaborate closely with both the Operations and Marketing leads on project-based deliverablesMulti-task across competing priorities, often working in a fast-paced environment with shifting timelinesThe successful candidate has:2+ years of experience in operations, franchise support, hospitality/restaurant management, or retail leadershipStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with franchise managers and corporate stakeholdersBusiness or related post-secondary education preferredExperience with PowerPoint and strong comfort with reporting, learning systems, and working with dataAbility to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and work independently without micromanagementProactive mindset with strong critical-thinking skills; able to anticipate challenges and prevent issuesFluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an assetCompensation and benefits:Salary range: $55,000 – $62,000 depending on experienceHealth benefitsPerformance and salary review after 6 months with potential for increaseCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
