The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring that the label's activities align with its mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, implementing processes for workflow efficiency, and providing support to artists and staff. The role also requires active communication and collaboration, ensuring all tasks and projects are executed effectively to sustain organizational success and artist satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee operations and manage scheduling and budgetsProficient in communication and teamwork to foster collaboration with team members and artistsProblem-solving skills and strategic thinking to address challenges and improve efficiencyPassion for the music industry and familiarity with the creative processProficiency in relevant software tools for operations management and communicationPrior experience in operations or a related field is preferredAbility to work independently in a remote setting
