Operations Manager – Forex Brokerage / Trading Industry📍 Location: Cape Town, South Africa 🏢 Company: ComoFX 🕒 Full-time – Office BasedAbout the RoleComoFX is an international forex and CFD brokerage expanding across Africa. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with experience in trading, brokerage, fintech, or financial markets to oversee daily team operations and ensure operational discipline across departments.This role will ensure the effective execution of internal processes supporting trader acquisition, IB partnerships, trading operations, and client retention.The Operations Manager will act as the central operational leader responsible for ensuring company strategy is executed across all departments.This position reports directly to the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesBrokerage Operations & Team Management• Oversee daily operations of internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Retention, Partnerships, and Education • Ensure operational coordination supporting trader acquisition and IB partner management • Maintain strong operational discipline in a fast-paced brokerage environment • Lead weekly execution meetings to track business performancePerformance & KPI Management• Monitor performance indicators including:trader leadsIB partnershipsfirst-time deposits (FTDs)trading activitytrading volume• Ensure internal systems and CRM platforms are updated consistently • Identify performance gaps and enforce accountability across teamsProcess & System Management• Ensure internal workflows supporting trader onboarding and IB management are followed • Oversee operational coordination across internal systems (CRM, trading operations, internal boards) • Support operational communication between departmentsReporting & Execution Control• Provide operational performance reports to senior leadership • Track company growth metrics including client acquisition, deposits, and trading activity • Escalate operational risks or inefficiencies affecting business growthRequirements• 8+ years experience in operations, brokerage operations, fintech, or financial services • Experience managing teams in trading, brokerage, fintech, or financial markets environments • Strong leadership and team management ability • Experience managing operational performance and internal systems • Ability to work closely with senior leadership to execute company strategyPreferred• Experience working at a forex broker, CFD broker, prop trading firm, fintech platform, or trading company • Understanding of forex trading, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), or brokerage operations • Experience managing sales or client service teams in trading industryWhat We Offer• Leadership role in a growing international forex brokerage • Opportunity to shape company operations and team culture • Competitive salary based on experience • Career growth within an expanding global brokerage
