Operations Manager (Dubai)- Spa & Wellness

Job Location: DubaiExperience Required: 10+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee Daily Club Operations: Ensure smooth opening/closing, consistent service standards, hygiene, and timely handling of member escalations across all Dubai clubs. Drive People Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage Club Managers and frontline teams; conduct appraisals, coach for performance, and maintain fair, efficient staffing. Lead Crisis & Compliance: Act as the central escalation point for incidents, complaints, and crisis situations while ensuring full regulatory and licensing compliance. Manage Facilities & Procurement: Oversee vendors, service providers, maintenance, and landlord relationships; run regular audits to uphold facility and cleanliness standards. Ensure Financial Control: Track labour and operational costs, manage budgets with Club Managers, and approve expenses and supplier invoices. Support Scaling & New Club Launches: Assist the COO with new builds, prepare teams and systems for openings, and ensure processes can scale consistently across locations.
