Supply Chain Manager (Procurement Manager - OEM Automotive )

Position: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: UAE We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans that streamline our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align activities with company objectives and drive continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.Collaborate closely with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and high-quality services.Optimize inventory levels to effectively meet market demand.Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven work experience as a Supply Chain Manager in the OEM Automotive industry.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvement.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics operations and mitigate risks effectively.Willingness to travel extensively for international business needs.
