Operations Manager

Kind Consultancy is working with a Finance Broker which is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join them in a full-time, permanent role based in their Leeds office with a hybrid work model requiring 3 in-office days per week, paying £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience + bonus.The Operations Manager will focus on driving case operations performance and efficiency from both a day to day and strategic perspective, with key responsibilities including:Managing and leading the case team, including oversight of performance, motivation, culture, target setting, pay plans & recruitment.Developing, collating and reporting regular management information.Managing of case loadings, maintaining SLAs in response to the processing of both commercial and regulated case enquiries received from networks and direct introducersMonitoring and managing service and communication levels to the networks including case management, response and communication times, availability and support in providing guidance and case advice.Leading the high-level Operational Relationships with Key Lender Partners and Key Service PartnersEnsuring fitness for purpose and delivery of systems and support for both the ‘Direct to Lender’ initiative & the ‘Pathway to Commercial Competent Advisor Status’ (CCAS).Directly managing key network-introduced cases (£5k+ net to practice income) and identifying opportunities to generate such deals directly.Supporting the business development team in the recruitment of new network partners from an Operations perspective.Oversight, development and occasional delivery of Operations team training during business launch and ongoing ad hoc training.Our ideal candidate for the Operations Manager role:Has a background in Commercial FinanceHas a good understanding of the current lending and broking marketplaceHas experience of working with Appointed Representatives as part of a networkHas strong technical knowledge of Operations within a Commercial Finance environmentIs a confident user of CRMsIf you have the skills, knowledge and experience we're looking for, you're based in or can commute to Leeds and you're interested in the Operations Manager opportunity, please apply with an updated CV today.
