The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external partners. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing operational metrics, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the organization.What you’ll do:Coordinate machine deliveries, commissioning, and demosBe the first point of contact for customer support and serviceWork closely with our fabrication team on machine prep and field readinessTrack service records, warranty claims, and spare partsKeep our systems running smoothlyWhat we’re looking for:Organised, practical, and customer-focusedExperience in machinery operations, logistics, or service coordinationStrong communication and planning skills with a hands-on mindsetMechanically minded — ideally with exposure to ag machinery or automationConfident using Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or other CRM toolsForklift license (not essential), manual drivers license (MR/HR preferred or ability to obtain).Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a coordination, service, or workshop-based roleCurrent driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for customer visits or field demosThis is your chance to join an innovative, future-focused business shaping how autonomous technology integrates into real farms.Based in Bundaberg, QLD
