Job Description

Key Responsibilities1.Market Exploration & Strategy Development:Conduct in-depth research on the European market, particularly the logistics automation needs and competitivelandscape of target industries (Cosmetics, Footwear & Apparel,Books,3PL),and formulate/implement effective market entry and expansion strategies.2.Client Development & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and follow up with potential clients; establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key industry customers (e.g.,e-commerceplatforms,brands,large distribution centers,logistics companies).3.End-to-End Sales Management: Independently manage the entire sales cycle,from lead acquisition, customer visits, technical solution presentations, product demonstrations,commercial negotiations, contract signing,to payment collection.4.Resource Integration & Collaboration: Effectively coordinate internal resources (including pre-salestechnical support, product, and project delivery teams) to provide customized optimal solutions for clients and ensure project smooth progression.5.Brand Building: Represent the company at relevant industry exhibitions and technical seminars in Europe to enhance brand awareness and influence in the international market.6.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Regularly update the CRM system,provide accurate sales forecasts,and submit clear and detailed sales reports and market feedback to management.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Background:1.Bachelor's degree or above,preferably in Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.2.Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in hardware or solution sales. Experience in robotics, automation equipment,logistics systems integration,or warehouse equipment is highly preferred.3.Proven sales experience and a solid network of contacts in the European market.4.Successful track record and stable customer resources in one or more of these industries: Cosmetics, Footwear& Apparel,Books, Logistics(3PL/4PL).Others:Fluency in English is required as a working language.Proficiency in another European language (e.g.,German, French) is a significant plus.Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe.
