We're expanding our in-house team in Multan and are looking for talented Amazon Brand Managers who are passionate about eCommerce, performance marketing, and building brands that win.Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for our growing portfolio of e-commerce clients. This role requires a data-driven professional who can develop strategies, execute campaigns, and deliver strong ROAS for DTC brands.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platformsDevelop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the client's business objectives and sales goalsConduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategiesCreate and optimize ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations for maximum conversionMonitor campaign performance daily, analyze metrics, and make data-driven optimization decisionsManage advertising budgets effectively to achieve target ROAS and CPA goalsConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structuresPrepare detailed performance reports and present insights to clients and internal teamsStay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practicesCollaborate with creative team members to develop high-performing ad assetsRequired Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaignsProven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering strong ROAS for e-commerce brandsStrong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution modelsExperience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking setupProficiency in analyzing campaign data and deriving actionable insightsExcellent understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV)Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsMeta Blueprint or Google Ads certificationExperience working in an agency environmentFamiliarity with Shopify and e-commerce platformsKnowledge of email marketing and how it integrates with paid acquisition strategiesExperience with landing page optimization and CRO principlesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse DTC brands across multiple industriesCollaborative team environmentProfessional growth and learning opportunities
