Melbourne CBD, Full-time or part-time Keypoint Law is seeking to grow our Central Office team. We are looking for committed career paralegals or highly capable law students who are available at least 3 days per week. Exciting opportunities with prospects to establish a career as a paralegal or to transition into a lawyer role. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, based in Melbourne CBD. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will have a “can-do” attitude in supporting our senior lawyers as well as the operations of our law firm. Your role & responsibilities: The responsibilities will involve collaborating with a team of paralegals to provide general paralegal and operations support including: Legal Support: Providing exceptional support to our senior lawyers. Document Management: Drafting, reviewing, and organising legal documents.Case Coordination: Managing case files, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with our senior lawyers to facilitate smooth case progression.Client Relations: Provide clients with assistance, updates, and support, as required by the supervising lawyer.Office Support: Attend to day-to-day office requirements including administrative tasks, mail handling, meeting and greeting clients, preparing meeting rooms, general upkeep of the offices. What will make you successful in this role?
