Company: Planet Education NetworksPosition: ParalegalLocation: ON-SITE, London, UKType: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmSalary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)About us:We’re looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our small but dynamic in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong legal background who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.In this role, you will:Support the Legal Executive on commercial contracts, data protection, compliance, governance, and intellectual property matters.Ensure that contracts comply with internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Track key contractual obligations, renewals, and termination dates.Support internal compliance initiatives and audits, including training and policy updates.Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR and other relevant privacy frameworks).Assist with commercial leases and other property-related legal matters.Help maintain corporate records and legal templates.Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple subsidiaries and international entities.Essential Requirements:Law degree (LLB or equivalent).At least 1 year’s legal experience (in-house or in private practice).Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for learning.Benefits:Annual leave (7.2 weeks)Workplace pension scheme.Company Sick Policy.Statutory maternity/paternity pays.Career development opportunitiesTraining and self-development opportunities.Gym membership discountsRetail discount schemesCinema discountsGrocery discountsCycle to workInvesting and savings opportunitiesFinancial wellbeing – personal debt advise.Financial wellbeing educationMy Mind Pal (mental fitness)
