They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things.How You Will Create An ImpactManage and maintain schedules (Outlook), including coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls with stakeholders from around the world.Arrange and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Handle expenses, including reconciling expense reports and submitting invoices for payment.Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inquiries and directing communication as appropriate.Enter data and proposals into the CRM system.Your ProfileExcellent communication skills in English on a business level.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator in a corporate environment.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and a general affinity for technology.Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders.Proactive approach and a strong focus on assistance and problem-solving.Hands-on experience with contract set-up processes, including preparation, review, coordination of agreements, as well as billing and invoicing procedures to ensure accuracy and timely processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including opportunity management, adding and maintaining customer accounts and contacts (familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a strong plus).If you’re interested, and if you’d like to offer your skills and commitment to our international team, then we would be pleased to receive your application.Hit the ‘Apply Now’ button to begin your application.Please remember to submit your application in English.
