Partnerships Senior Manager – Sports, Entertainment & Events - Abu Dhabi for UAENWe’re looking for a Partnerships Senior Manager to lead the growth of brand partnerships and sponsorships across some of the region’s biggest sports and entertainment properties.This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who understands how to build commercial relationships, negotiate impactful deals, and deliver value-driven activations.What You’ll DoExecute the partnership and sponsorship sales strategy, driving growth and revenue.Identify, pitch, and secure new partners across sports, entertainment, and major event portfolios.Manage and nurture long-term partner relationships, ensuring strong delivery of rights and activations.Lead the development of tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and sales materials in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to identify new opportunities.Track and report commercial KPIs, ensuring profitability and consistent growth.What You’ll Bring5–10 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial sales, ideally within sports, entertainment, or events.Proven success building and maintaining senior-level brand relationships.Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial strategy skills.Ability to think creatively while maintaining a data-driven approach.Based in the UAE with flexibility to travel across the region.Arabic speaking mandatory If you’re passionate about creating high-impact partnerships and driving commercial success in the fast-paced world of sport and entertainment this is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s future.
