CLC Restaurant, the newest luxury destination in Prime Cherngtalay, is seeking a visionary Pastry Chef to define the sweet signature of our brand. This role is for a culinary artist who thrives on precision, creativity, and management excellence.Role Description: This is a high-impact, full-time role responsible for overseeing the entire pastry operation. You are both the baker and the creative director, leading the design and production of all desserts, pastries, and bread items.Your Core Responsibilities:Creative Menu Development: Design and create specialty desserts and seasonal menus that reflect the highest standards of presentation and flavor.Technical Mastery: Apply deep knowledge of patisserie practices, including advanced techniques, scaling, mixing, and detailed decorating to ensure consistent, stunning results.Operational Leadership: Manage the daily production workflow, oversee inventory, implement cost control policies, and ensure strict compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety standards.Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor the pastry team to deliver excellence in every dish.Key Qualifications:Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to perfection in presentation and flavor consistency.Strong strategic and organizational skills for menu planning and inventory management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
