Position SummaryWe seek an experienced Training Manager to lead training efforts for our Patient Success teams. In this role, you will devise and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty. As a Training Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's overall success. Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization. By overseeing our training initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving employee growth and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.A Training Manager’s main role is to identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training programs to improve employees’ skills, productivity, and quality of work. They assess training program effectiveness and stay updated on training trends to ensure the organization’s training initiatives are aligned with business goals and employee development needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify training needs: Work with supervisors and leadership resources to determine training requirements for new and existing employees. Create training plans: Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and prepare employees. Select training materials: Review and ensure resources are current, accurate, and effective. Manage training programs: Oversee the daily activities of associates and consultants and track training and development progress. Monitor training effectiveness: Evaluate employees and training programs to ensure they work to company standards. Deploying a wide variety of training methods Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions Provide opportunities for ongoing development Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices Maintain and communicate training key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership QualificationsBachelor’s degree in education or related field is preferred Bilingual - English and Spanish 5+ years of experience leading training programs A medical billing background is preferred Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesHypothesis-driven Passion for driving a positive patient experience Superior problem-solving skills Close attention to detail Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize work Must be willing to work extended hours as necessary Ability to work cross-functionally as a team The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
