DescriptionYou will ensure proper and timely support of our payroll activities, support HR related projects and other handling of personnel related matters In this role, you will be integral in ensuring timely and proper support for our payroll activities. Your responsibilities will include acting as a support function for payroll, ensuring accurate adherence to regulations, and responding to payroll-related inquiries. Additionally, you will handle various activities related to pension and employee insurances, maintain and report on our Human Resources Information System (UKG), and ensure the Employee Manual and job description library are up-to-date. Overseeing the employee onboarding process and supporting various HR projects will also be key aspects of your role.Furthermore, the ideal candidate will ideally possess a practical degree in payroll administration, with a minimum of three years of experience in payroll activities. You should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in HR project work, familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems, and a good understanding of Czech wage legislation. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent skills in MS Office 365.
