About:Reporting to the Manager of Pension Health & Welfare, this position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payments and filings. The Administrator will also be responsible for preparing reports, conducting reconciliations, maintaining records, and managing inquiries from internal and external business partners.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transactional environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support timely filings and payments for union dues, guild contributions, and third-party vendors.Respond to guild pension, health, and welfare inquiries through research, resolution, and reporting.Maintain compliance knowledge related to pension, health, and welfare regulations.Create and compile reports for union populations as requested by internal and external business partners.Conduct audits of PH&W remittances and address related inquiries for assigned unions.Provide project support for the Payroll department as needed.Analyze and reconcile union dues and PH&W contribution reports for assigned unions.Develop relationships with labor relations and union organizations to provide value-added solutions and best practices.Coordinate with HR, Sports, News, and other departments to facilitate participation in audits.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in union payroll processing and reporting.Assist management in enterprise risk assessments and the development of annual union audit plans.Support ad-hoc and special projects as assigned.Qualifications2+ years of experience in pension, health, and welfare plan administration required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.Prior audit, compliance, or legal experience strongly preferred.Experience with SAP HCM/Payroll is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
