Some of its well-known brands include Sofitel, Raffles, Fairmont, Novotel, ibis, Mercure, and many others.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing strategic talent management initiatives.Develop and execute the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan, aligning it with overall organizational goalsLead recruitment efforts to meet talent needs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practicesDesign and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retentionOversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planningDrive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition programs, employee wellbeing initiatives, and leadership developmentManage the salary review process and ensure competitive compensation practicesAnalyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutionsCollaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planningFoster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and cultureStay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent & Culture or HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate environmentProven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiativesStrong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement best practicesExperience with HR analytics and proficiency in using HRIS and data analysis toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingIn-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirementsDemonstrated experience in managing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesStrong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systemsCertification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
