We are HiringPerformance MarketerExplore your next career move with one of our leading client companies in the market.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Reddit, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze user behavior, build custom reports, and measure campaign effectiveness.Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools.Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results.Interpret performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA, CPC, etc.) and make data-driven strategic decisions.Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to develop high-performing campaign assets.Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights with clear recommendations.RequirementsAvailability to work USA hours: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Sri Lanka Time - Hybrid).2- 4 years of proven experience in paid advertising and performance marketing.Advanced expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including tracking setup and behavior analysis.Demonstrated success managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing.Highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex metrics.Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting insights and optimization strategies.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines; certifications (Google Ads, GA4, etc.) are highly desirable.
