Our goal is to become the trusted partner for restaurant operators nationwide, helping them navigate rising costs, complex distributor relationships, and changing market dynamics. We act as an extension of our clients’ teams - managing their supply chain strategy so they can focus on running their business.  Role Overview This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Performance Marketing Project Manager who understands campaign strategy, paid media workflows, creatives, funnels, and analytics. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and hands-on work — someone who can make decisions, run projects, manage performance dashboards, and also jump into design tools when needed to keep campaigns moving.Key Responsibilities Project Management Own project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication from start to finish.Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and unblock workflows quickly.Coordinate between founders, operations, creative, and media buying teams.Ensure campaigns stay on track, launch on time, and align with performance targets.Manage the full performance marketing workflow across Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn (and future platforms).Track KPI's and translate data into recommendations, optimizations, and weekly leadership reports.ClickFunnels & Campaign ExecutionBuild and maintain funnels, landing pages, and lead-gen flows in ClickFunnels (or similar tools).QA funnel performance regularly.Coordinate all creative assets (graphics, copy, video, UGC) required for each funnel.Creative Production & Asset DirectionManage the creative pipeline to ensure designers, copywriters, and editors deliver assets on time and are meeting performance goals. Review ad creatives, thumbnails, social graphics, and marketing visuals.(Hands-on when needed) Jump into editing tools for simple edits, asset refinement, or quick prototypes.Understand what “good creative” looks like for performance campaigns.Video Production & Editing  Manage freelance/contract video editors and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality cuts.Collaborate on concepts, hooks, scripting angles, and messaging direction.(Preferred) Ability to make basic edits for ads, reels, and short-form content when needed.Skills & Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree. 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign management, or digital campaign management. Strong understanding of paid media workflows across Meta, Google, Instagram, and LinkedInHands-on experience with funnel/landing page builders (ClickFunnels highly preferred)Ability to read and analyze campaign performance data and translate them into clear action items. Proven experience managing cross-functional creative teams (designers, video editors, copywriters, editors, media buyers). Basic editing skills for ads or UGC content are a plus and comfortable jumping into Canva for quick edits. Strong project management skills — ability to own timelines, deliverables, prioritization, and communication across teams.Exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote startup environments. Highly proactive communicator who responds quickly, keeps stakeholders updated, and escalates blockers early.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month
