This role manages 60+ active requisitions, 7–8 concurrent internal recruitment projects, and cross-team initiatives that require high clarity, precision, and rapid follow-through.You will partner closely with leadership to streamline operations, escalate blockers early, maintain momentum across all workstreams, and bring discipline to reporting and project execution.
