Role OverviewWe're seeking a strategic Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our global People Development function. You'll orchestrate complex talent infrastructure initiatives that enable organizational effectiveness at scale—transforming tactical projects into sustainable, scalable systems that drive business performance.As the central coordination point for our People Development programs, reporting into the Global Head of People Development, you'll ensure interconnected initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum stakeholder adoption across our global organization.What You'll DoLead end-to-end delivery of career architecture, competency frameworks, and organizational leveling initiativesOrchestrate performance management system design and implementation, including HRIS integration and change managementSupport HRIS configuration around talent review, succession planning, and calibration processesLead learning technology evaluations, vendor selection, and implementation projectsManage relationships with learning platform vendors and technology partnersCoordinate system migrations, integrations, user acceptance testing, and launch activitiesServe as central coordination point between LD team, Regional People partners, senior leadership, and external vendorsDesign and execute change management strategies for major talent initiativesBuild program governance frameworks including decision rights, approval workflows, and risk managementMaintain program dashboards tracking progress, budget, resources, and dependenciesWhat We're Looking ForExperience with HRIS or talent system implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar)Strong understanding of talent management processes including performance, succession, and developmentPMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent demonstrated experienceChange management certification (Prosci ADKAR or similar)Experience navigating cultural and regional complexity in multinational organizationsVendor management and contract negotiation experienceProject management tools (Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project)Advanced Excel/Google Sheets including data analysis and dashboard creationProcess mapping and documentation toolsNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
