If you’re reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting our strategic vision, we’d love to hear from you.About The RoleThe Junior School (ELC-Year 6) is a dynamic, high-energy environment where the Personal Assistant (PA) plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Junior School and leadership team. This position involves high-level administrative tasks, coordination of operations, and ensuring effective communication with staff, parents, and external stakeholders. The PA must be highly organized, proactive, and maintain strict confidentiality. Strong communication skills and flexibility, including occasional out-of-hours work, are essential. The role contributes to the strategic direction and smooth functioning of the Junior School.Key Responsibilities IncludeManage the Head of Junior School’s diary, emails, and correspondence, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication. Provide high-level administrative support to the Junior School Leadership Team, including meeting coordination and minute-taking. Organise and maintain the Junior School office and manage document filing and records. Coordinate enrolment interviews and assist with planning and administration of key events such as Presentation Day and Orientation Day. Respond to enquiries from staff, parents, and students while ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with other Executive and Personal Assistants and assist with reception duties when required.Qualifications And ExpertiseTertiary qualification in business or administration (advantageous) and experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or education setting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and manage competing demands. Excellent communication skills and accuracy in document preparation, editing, and formatting. High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases and multiple data sources. Adaptable, flexible, and able to maintain effective communication flow while following up requests respectfully. Reliable data integrity and strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
