POSITION: PERSONAL BANKER LOCATION AVAILABLE: WITHIN SABAHPrimary ObjectiveTo achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targetsTo promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customersAcquire and grow branch customers base, ENR, deposits (CASA/FD) and fee incomeParticipate in branch/region/bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverablesPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referralsKey ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & ActivitiesPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leadsActively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retentionPlan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenueSet appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customersAccount opening for CASASales ManagementMaintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referralsWork closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaignsCompliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethicsRequirements2 years sales experience preferably in FIsPleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave relevant licenses required for the portfolioSales and results orientedGood interpersonal and relationship building skill
