You’re detail-oriented but pragmatic, and comfortable working at pace within a senior stakeholder landscape. You’ll bring: 10+ years’ experience in project/program management offices within banking, financial services, or large enterprise programs. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading PMOs in multi-vendor or transformation environments. Strong knowledge of program governance, reporting frameworks, and financial control. Experience with core banking, payments, or digital transformation programs preferred but not essential. Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Clarity, Jira, Power BI, Excel). Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across senior business and IT leaders. Understanding of Agile and Hybrid delivery models. Relevant qualifications (e.g. PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM) advantageous.  Why join Play a key role in a bank-wide transformation with direct visibility at SteerCo level. Partner with senior executives, domain leads, and top-tier vendors. Help shape the delivery framework for a landmark program in Australian banking. Hybrid flexibility
