Post-Contract Manager

Job Summary: The Post Contract Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual obligations and commercial activities following the award of a contract through to project completion and final account. This role ensures that project execution aligns with the agreed terms, conditions, timelines, and financial targets. The Post Contract Manager works closely with project managers, legal teams, procurement, finance, and clients to manage variations, claims, risk assessments, and contract performance. A strong focus on cost control, compliance, and stakeholder communication is essential.Key Skills:• Contract Management & Commercial Acumen Ability to manage contracts, understand terms and conditions, handle variations, claims, and final accounts effectively while ensuring compliance.• Stakeholder Communication & Negotiation Strong communication skills to coordinate between projectmanagers, legal, procurement, finance teams, and clients, with an ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.• Risk Assessment & Cost Control Expertise in identifying risks related to contract execution and implementing cost control measures to meet financial targets.Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Masters Degree Business, Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.• Experience: 5+ Years in the Industry Certifications (if any): FIDIC (Practical experience managing projects under FIDIC Red Book, Yellow Book, or Silver Book contracts)If you’re ready to join our team, we’d love to hear from you!
